Frequently Asked Questions

How soon in advance should I book?

Shoots should be booked at least a week in advance to ensure availability and time to order any props.

Do my deposit goes towards my shoot?

Deposits are required upon bookings and must be made to confirm your booking. All deposit goes toward your payments and nonrefundable.

Can I reschedule?

In order to reschedule you must notify the photographer at least 24-hrs in advance. The photographer must be notified no later than an hr before the shoot. For best result please reach out as soon as possible.  If you meet theses guidelines clients are allowed one reschedule without making another deposit.

Do you hold consultations? 

The photographer is alway available before booking to answer brief questions. Most of the information you need to know will be located on my website. If not please don't hesitate to reach out. However, due to demand in bookings and working with clients, most detail regarding your session is only discussed during phone consultations, once booking is secured. The photographer will reach out to each client before the actually shoot to obtain details. When booking there is also the option to add notes about what you desire, which is highly recommended to add!

How long does it take to receive my pictures?

The expected timeframe for pictures can take up to 2 weeks. However, based on the amount of bookings for the week the  longest timeframe can be 3 weeks. Photos are edited based on the order of bookings. 

How will I receive my pictures?

All photo are sent digitally through email once you pick your final edits. If printing is desired there are packages with prints available that can be purchased .

If I am unsatisfied with my final work. How should I go about this?

As a creator the photographer is growing everyday and understand through the process there will be mistakes. The photographer wants to make sure that with each clients there is a transparent relationship. If the client is unsatisfied the photographer is obligated to do what is best based on cased by cased situation. The photographer believes in being fairness and understanding. Please notify the photographer IMMEDIATELY  about any final work you are not satisfied with for the best results.

What is your late policy ? Do you extend time for session? 

Bea Photography recommend for clients to arrive at the designated time for your service , for the best of quality. If you are 40 minutes or more late to your session, this can potentially result in a cancellation. 

 

Based on Bea Photography day to day availability. Client do have the option to purchase additional time , if available. For additional time there is a fee of $25 for each 30 minute block. This will be added to your final balance. Please advise that additional time is not a guarantee and will be offered based on the photographer’s  schedule for that day. If you would like to purchase additional time prior to book please include this information in your “clients notes” so that can be added.
